5 OF THE MOST BREATH-TAKING RUNWAYS SO FAR !!

Hello readers , I haven't touch my blog for a loooong time, I was soo bussy taking care of my moving to another town and starting my college year, that's why I haven't been writing lately
So I was browsing youtube today and wanted to find Jean Paul Gaultier latest fashion show *because I was searching for Andrej Pejic, have you heard about him?* but then I find the most beautiful and unique runway like I've never seen it before. And now I'm goin to let you see for yourself . Enjoy~ !
..........and beware readers, this is my own version :)

1. Chanel Spring/Summer Collection 2012

So Karl Lagerfeld's idea about this runway was Marine, the influence is of course underwater. The first time I watched this at Youtube, I immediately gasp because it was just amazing. Two thumbs up for Karl Lagerfeld and his creative ideas.
The decorations including seaweeds, pearls, corals and also  giant shell as the entrance for the models to the runway. The collection was dominated by soft colors and Karl Lagerfeld also put the sea-ish look into this collection by adding some pearl accent into the clothes, accesories (want the necklace much!!) and the pearl hairclips. Don't forget the gorgeous shoes, Ladies !!
2. Chanel Fall/Winter Collection 2012

I know, I know the runways between S/S and F/W Collection looks almost the same , but actually they are really different but they have one thing in common, they're both beautiful
This one theme is crystal. I can't imagine how tired the models were, walking in that long runway with high heeled shoes. Hope they're okay , haha. Karl Lagerfeld also use this crystal theme into his garments by putting it into the shoes and make-up
3. Chanel Paris-Bombay Pre-Fall Collection 2011/2012

This is actually the best runway setting for me, the setting was really over the top and luxurious, I kind a get a royal banquet feel just by seeing the runway setting. The collection were a blend between clasic Parissian style and traditional Indian clothing. At the end of the show, Karl Lagerfeld told the audience that he actually never been to India but I think the blending style were perfectly portrayed through the entire collection. He's really genius.
4. Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2012

I think this Louis Vuitton runway kind of similar with Chanel's F/W 2008 runway setting, they're both using carousel. But still this one also beautiful, even though carousels are now a trend to set the runway differently.
Louis Vuitton puts the cotton candy and feminine colors at front, it's all cute and soft all over the entire collection. Especially their metal-pointed mules, ugghhh I definitelly want one. Oh and did you know that eyelet lace is in right now since Louis Vuitton's S/S 2012 ad campaign ?
5. Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2012-2013
And last but not least, featuring $8 million train. Design by Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton, it's so theatrical and the collection kind a reminds me of the 90's. Check out the fabulous ad campaign, I thought that they were a dolls but they are all models and a person !!
Marc Jacobs prioritize excessive and luxury design into this collection, and the result ? big-buttoned long coat, over the top hats, really high-helled pumps, and magnificent bags. I love the idea of the models hopping down the train and all looked fabulous

So have you watched all of the videos ?
I also recommend you to watch this
Chanel Fall/Winter 2011-2012
John Galliano Fall/Winter 2011-2012 Menswear
Marc Jacobs Fall/Winter 2012-2013

(from any sources)

Have a nice weekend y'all !♡♡♡
